Personal Data Protection and treatment information –LIFE4EPR– Survey on User Experience with National Producer Registers under the EPR System. Responsible: The data controller is the LIFE4EPR Project consortium according to the project Grant Agreement. The subsidiary responsible as project leader is FUNDACIO ENT, CARRER JOSEP LLANZA, NUMERO 7, PIS SEGON, OFICINA, VILLANOVA I LA GELTRU 08800, Spain. Purpose: The project consortium would like to collect information on user experiences with existing national EPR registers, focusing on Packaging, Electrical and Electronic Equipment, and Textiles. Detailed feedback on functionalities, required data, and available support tools is highly appreciated. The contact information requested will be used solely to reach out to you or your organization for clarifications or follow-up regarding the responses provided (subject to your consent at the end of the survey). Please note that any contact data requested will be included in a database for the exclusive use for this specific activity of the project. Legitimation: The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent and compliance with the LIFE4EPR Grant Agreement. Recipients: Your data will only be accessed by the authorised persons from the consortium of the LIFE4EPR project team. The contact data collected will not be disclosed to external companies or media without prior authorisation. The information is collected and stored on secure servers. Rights of interested persons: Only personal data that is relevant for the project will be collected. No sensitive information will be gathered. In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access information about the use of your personal data, as well as the right to rectify/amend, cancel or oppose the use of your personal data at any time during the period of research and storage of your data. Your data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years after the project ends (30 April 2027) and will not be used for contact purposes after that date. • understand that whilst technical information gained during the study may be published, you will not be identified, and your personal data will remain confidential. 

• understand that data will be stored electronically on the project server with restricted access to the project members, to be deleted after 5 years, or to be deleted upon request.
