Ralph Oudshoorn has been part of Stichting OPEN for three years, where he leads and supports multiple projects focused on data, strategy, and research. With a strong analytical background and a drive for continuous improvement, he contributes to shaping evidence-based decision-making and long-term strategic development within the organization.

Ralph is actively involved in the European dialogue on the evolution of new collection targets and the advancement of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework in the Netherlands. His work bridges policy, data, and operational insights—helping translate complex environmental objectives into practical, measurable outcomes that strengthen the circular economy.
