Raphaelle Mappus is in charge of global Strategy and Process on Extended Producer Responsibility in Decathlon. 

Being an international brand operating worldwide on a number of Sports and products categories, Decathlon has appointed a team to set up unified process in order to comply with the regulation and make sure it is used as a lever to boost circularity.

As a former Product manager, Sourcing and Own Brand leader in Retail and graduate from a post master program in Sustainability, Raphaelle is working with her team on developing efficient international declaration process for compliance and governance of EPR within the company to match modulations program with ecodesign and a maximum circularity of the product for reuse, repair and recycling.
