LIFE4EPR presented at the LIFE Welcome Event in Brussels

On 20th October, our Project Coordinator Rosaria Chifari from Fundació ENT presented LIFE4EPR during the LIFE Welcome Event held in Brussels.

Rosaria took part in the Thematic Session on Quality of Life and Circular Economy (CEQL), joining EU policymakers and representatives of other LIFE projects to exchange insights and explore synergies for advancing circular economy practices across Europe.

The LIFE4EPR project aims to support policymakers in gaining a clearer understanding of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes across the EU. By identifying best practices and key challenges, LIFE4EPR seeks to enhance the effectiveness, cost efficiency, and governance of EPR systems, ultimately improving waste management outcomes and contributing to a more sustainable and circular European economy.

Beyond presenting the project, Rosaria also participated in the discussion “Succeeding as a LIFE Coordinator – Insights from Project Coordinators with Prior LIFE Experience”, gaining valuable perspectives on effective project management within the LIFE Programme.

We are proud to contribute to the European Commission’s LIFE Programme, fostering innovation and supporting the implementation of EU environmental and circular economy policies.
